The AppExchange Partners program onboarding consists of 30 - 40 working hours spread over 3-5 months including a few milestones  - Initial Qualification, Business Plan and Compliance, Contract, Security Review and Publishing
Activities and responsibilities include:
•    Leadership – Leading and managing the program and all related activities, to onboard your product.
•    Engage with Salesforce – Prepare and lead all the engagements and milestones with Salesforce account executives
     and technical evangelist.
•    Knowledge Transfer – Conduct frontal knowledge transfer sessions reviewing packaging, trials, upgrades and all the
      AppExchange Partners program related topics.
•    Go to Market – Outline the go to market strategy, get orientation in the Salesforce  Partners community, build your
      listing, manage licenses and orders.
