App Discovery Workshop

The workshop is a set of activities, done by a product specialist and a Salesforce technical expert. The design phase aims to collect as much as possible information regarding your product, and be able to provide you with time and costs estimation for delivering a MVP (Minimum viable product) app onto the AppExchange. By the end of this workshop, you will be able understand how your product fits as a Salesforce app, and get cost estimates for building the app. 
The design phase includes the following activities:
•    Salesforce Introduction – Salesforce products and platform introduction along with the AppExchange
      introduction.
•    Discovery Sessions – 2 - 3 sessions dedicated to product learning (Product overview, architecture, pricing,
      competitors, market), and use cases design
•    Use Case Definition and Demo – Create a use case scenario and demonstrate it in a Salesforce environment, none
      functional, just screenshots.
•    Competitive Analysis – Locate existing competitors on the AppExchange and identify differentiation factors and
     advantages.
•    Sales Session – (Optional) Shadowing a Sales meeting can be helpful to understanding customers concerns and
     requirements and can be beneficial for the discovery process
•    Spec and Estimates Documentation – With all the information collected above we will process an App specs and
     high level design document, provided with time and costs estimations
